The range of services provided by the telephone service center
Online Banking: Inquiries/activation or suspension of accounts.
ATMs: Activating debit cards / blocking / unblocking, inquiring about transactions, reporting the loss or theft of the card (debit or credit).
Banking Products: General inquiries including: balances, fees, commissions, clearing accounts and others related to credit cards, loans, deposits, letters (letters of credit and guarantees), and other banking products.
Handling of complaints: receiving customer complaints and taking the necessary action to address them as soon as possible.
